Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Sit a Spell Fibers! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Yarn must remain in its original skein, with all ties uncut.

Because fiber readily absorbs odors and collects pet hair, yarn that has been exposed to smoke, pets, or strong odors is not eligible for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital patterns
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom-dyed skeins

Starting a Return

Contact us at hello@sitaspellfibers.com or fill out our contact form to begin your return.

Please pack your item securely in its original packaging. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether it has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
